Oil is an important strategic resource, but oil resources are unevenly distributed. Oil pipelines usually have long lines and complex terrain along the way. Traditional manual inspections often face various difficulties. If the workload is too large, it is difficult to complete, the dangerous area needs to be manually climbed, and it is difficult to carefully check the pipeline condition and so on. Whether it is efficiency, quality, or the personal safety of inspection personnel, it is difficult to guarantee. In response to this problem, SKYLAB can provide a solution for UAV inspection of petrochemical pipelines.
An aerial geomorphological information acquisition system for oil exploration is established by mounting a tilt camera on a UAV. UAVs provide ground, spatial data and basic geographic information in a timely manner to efficiently assist teams in completing oil exploration tasks. UAV mounted thermal imaging, low-light night vision, multi-zoom cameras, gas detectors, etc. have built a comprehensive inspection system for petrochemical systems. Through accurate and rapid analysis of visible light, thermal imaging and gas data, equipment failures can be judged. Thermal imaging and night vision together build an oil pipeline inspection system to efficiently find oil pipeline faults. At the same time, aerial drones obtained evidence of oil theft. UAV operation saves time and effort, feedback is timely and accurate, and early processing can minimize losses.
1、The drone is highly maneuverable and can flexibly shuttle through the complex environment of oil wells and petrochemical plants for daily inspection and security monitoring.
2、The full carbon fiber structure design of the UAV realizes industrial three defenses and has strong environmental adaptability. It can work in a variety of complex environments such as high temperature, smoke, and toxic gases in the fire field.
3、The drone is easy to carry, simple to operate, quick to respond, and has low environmental requirements for landing.
4、UAVs can carry a variety of load equipment, and perform inspection work through optical zoom and thermal imaging. Drones can monitor equipment temperature and gas leakage, and eliminate various safety hazards as soon as possible.
5、The unmanned aerial vehicle has powerful functions and can monitor the leakage of pipelines in the air; at the same time, aerial reconnaissance and evidence collection can combat the phenomenon of oil theft.
Oil exploration needs to collect a lot of information, use drones mounted with oblique cameras to shoot multi-view images, and clearly transmit back topographic images of the entire exploration area.
Workers can quickly generate 3D map models through Smart 3D software, which effectively reduces work intensity and greatly improves work efficiency.
Petroleum and petrochemical plants have a wide distribution area and large and complex equipment. Oil pipelines are often located in remote and harsh environments. There are natural or man-made damage to facilities, and oil theft and oil leakage are difficult to monitor. The drone is equipped with an infrared thermal imaging and multi-fold zoom system to inspect the factory area and oil pipeline. The drone can quickly locate the fault point, and the workers will go to deal with the problem as soon as possible.
The power supply system is the foundation of the petrochemical industry. The failure of the lines and electrical equipment in the oil depot will generate heat and cause serious production accidents. The UAV is equipped with an infrared imager to monitor and investigate thermal faults such as electrical equipment, power distribution systems, high-voltage contactors, fuse panels, main power circuit breaker panels, motors, and transformers in the petrochemical industry. Workers conduct regular inspections to eliminate thermal faults in advance.
Petroleum and petrochemicals are flammable and explosive. When a fire occurs, it is extremely dangerous for firefighters to approach the fire spot for investigation. The drone has industrial-grade three defenses, and is capable of approaching reconnaissance tasks in a high temperature and high humidity environment. The drone can quickly find the fire source and transmit the scene back to the command center in real time. The command center can more accurately study and judge the on-site situation and conduct more scientific rescue command and dispatch.
