Wireless UWB Positioning Base Station Installation Method

UWB base stations support two mounting methods: wall-mounted and pole-mounted, adaptable to site conditions. The installation kit primarily includes a screw hardware pack for flexible deployment

 

Three Flexible Mounting Solutions for Any Environment

① Concrete Wall Mounting

  • Retrieve the following from the installation kit:
    a. Rcrew hardware pack (M6 stainless steel screws included)
    b. Mounting bracket
    c. UWB base station unit

  • Installation:
    a. Align bracket with pre-marked wall positions
    b. Secure bracket using provided screws (recommended torque: 8 N·m)
    c. Snap base station onto bracket until fully engaged

 

② Steel Structure Mounting

Two Installation Options Available

  • Permanent Installation:
    a. Weld mounting bracket to steel structure (3mm continuous weld)
    b. Slide base station along bracket guide rails until it clicks into place
  • Removable Installation:
    a. Use quick-release bracket (tool-free battery replacement enabled)

 

③ Pole Mounting

Select Preferred Method

  • Welded Platform Method:
    a. Weld 150×150mm mounting plate to pole top
    b. Bolt bracket to platform using M8 hardware
  • Clamp Mount Method:
    a. Position stainless steel clamp (included) around pole
    b. Thread clamp through Φ12mm bracket holes
    c. Tighten clamp with hex driver (max torque: 12 N·m)
